How to enter:

There are three different ways in which you can enter (and you can enter more than once to increase your chances)

1. Tell me a funny or embarrassing waxing or hair related story in the comments below. The one that makes me laugh (or cringe!) the most wins.

2. Post a pic of hairy legs on my Facebook page. Be creative - they don't have to be your hairy legs. The most creative entry wins. Please comment below that you have entered the Facebook giveaway because, if you don't win that, then I will enter you into the random draw (see below).

3. Random draw. If you don't want to do either above, don't worry. You can still enter simply by following me in some format (GFC, email, Facebook etc). Just tell me in the comments below that you wish to enter the random draw. Everyone who has entered via option 1 and/or 2, and don't win, will automatically be entered into the random draw.

This competition will run from 5.00pm AEDST on 27/1/13 to 7.00pm AEDST on 3/2/13. Anyone can enter.

Hi Sarah.

I follow you through email, GFC, and Facebook.

I don't have any particularly funny or cringe worthy stories to share, though I do look forward to hearing others :)

Hi Sarah. I follow you on twitter and Facebook,
The only hair related story I can tell you was when I was in high school, about 13 at the time. Coming from a European background, I had quite dark facial hair. It was terrible and very embarrassing. My mum wouldn't let me wax it (she thought I was still too young!), but she decided that I'd be allowed to lighten the hair with a hair bleach. So, I applied the product to my upper lip, waited the recommended time, then wiped the cream away. BUT when I did, half of my skin wiped away with it!!!! I must've used the wrong quantity of product and it had burnt my skin. I had to go to school the next day, even though it was red, blistered, and disgusting. I got picked on for years after that...

Hi Sarah! I follow you through GFC, and also posted a hairy legs pic on your Facebook page under my GFC/Facebook/actual name, Kristine Simmonds :)
I could tell lots of embarrassing laser hair removal stories from my time as a nurse, but confidentiality prevents me! But I do have a story from 15 years ago, when I was cutting my then-husband's hair with clippers, he had a number 4 blade all over and when I finished I took the guide off to shave the back of his neck etc. - it looked great until he ran his hands over it and said "you missed a spot in the middle towards the front". I decided one clean swipe from front to back would take care of it, unfortunately I forgot to put the number 4 guide back on, so he ended up with a big bald strip about 2 inches wide right down the middle of his head!! My eyes must have gotten as big as saucers, I dropped the clippers and bolted for the door! When I came back to the scene of the crime he was completely bald - his co workers all told him how much it suited him, and he has been ever since. So really I did him a favour :P
I'd like to enter the random draw :) I follow you on GFC-no embarrassing hair stories from me that I can think of! Thepinkshoe
